The Story County Alliance for Philanthropy is preparing for the 7th annual Philanthropy Day celebration in Story County to recognize those among us who are doing great things for our communities.

Please ensure its success by nominating a donor or volunteer for one or more of the five Philanthropy Day Awards. We hope that the infectious spirit of our Philanthropy Day Award recipients will inspire even more people to follow in their footsteps.

2011 nominations are being sought in the following categories:
     Business/Corporate/Foundation Philanthropist
     Individual/Family Philanthropist
     Individual Volunteer Fundraiser
     Group Volunteer Fundraiser
     Youth Philanthropist

The process is easy! Simply submit an Intent to Nominate Form by Friday, June 24, 2011. You may print the .pdf form below to mail your submission or submit the online form below electronically.

If an individual or business is nominated more than once, all the nominators will be asked to work together to submit a shared Full Nomination Form. You will be contacted at a later date to complete the Full Nomination Form, which is due by July 30, 2010.

An awards panel of community leaders throughout Story County will evaluate the submitted nominations. The 2011 awards will be presented at a luncheon on November 17, 2011 in Ames. More information about the luncheon will be forthcoming.
